All orders are dispatched from Australia. 

We do out utmost to ensure that orders are processed quickly, and items shipped as soon as payment has been cleared.  All parcels are sent using  Australia Post and are subject to standard Australia Post delivery times.   If you require your order to be delivered sooner, then please advise that you require EXPRESS POST on your order.  Please also advise if you require postal INSURANCE, as extra charges will apply.

As many of our Ginger Rose garments are handmade on order, in particularly busy order times, or larger orders may take longer to arrive.  We will inform you if the delivery time will be longer than expected wherever possible.

Personalised Items – As these are made upon order, then please allow 14-21 days for delivery.  Again, large orders, and in particularly busy order periods, then personalised items will take longer to make and dispatch.  We will inform you wherever possible.

Delivery outside Australia – Please contact us via email info@gingerrose.com.au for international postage charges.

Gift Cards – Personalised gift cards will be sent immediately upon receipt and clearance of payment.  Please ensure that if being sent to a different address, then this is clearly marked upon the order.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At Ginger Rose Design our garments are manufactured to the highest quality standards.  All garments are checked for colour fastness and shrinkage.  Please be aware that certain garments require special care due to the delicate nature of the design. 
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please note the item must be returned in its original condition with tags and in an unworn state.  However should a manufacturer's fault appear after normal wear and the correct garment care procedures have been followed, we will gladly exchange it or issue a credit voucher or refund.  Please note that you are liable for the original delivery (postage and handling) charges and your own return freight costs.
Please contact us via e-mail before returning goods so that we can assign you a returns advice number and the returns address.
